The Bell Ringer substack has really interesting information on new research regarding academics.
Not sure if these count as low prep but I’ve liked making a slideshow of photos and showing it to the class. We’ve also made lemonade popsicles and then had them outside. Some kids have done a “cheers” with their popsicles.
